DILG 5 Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, CESO III and Members of the Third Party Monitoring-Regional Technical Working Group (TPM-RTWG) convened for the 1st RTWG Meeting on June 28, 2022 at the AVP Function Hall, Tahao Road, Legazpi City to discuss the on-going activities and plans of the Department relative to the implementation of the TPM for the FY 2021 Local Government Support Fund-Support to the Barangay Development (LGSF-SBDP) Projects.
Presided by RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, CESO III, the meeting covered engagements with the CSOs as RTWG member and TPM Service Provider, workplan and milestones, pre-implementation requirements, deployment strategies, and other matters significant to the execution of the TPM.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, EnP, MM, CESO V (RTWG Head), Ms. Aurora Chavez-De Guzman (CSO Representative), LGOO VII Leandro S. Gigantoca (PDMU Chief and Representative), LGOO VI Darlyn D. Ayende (RPMO Co-Head and ORD Representative), ACCT III Coree Odessa F. Badong, CPA (Regional Accountant and FAD Representative), LGOO V Sheena Sheena de la Cruz (LGCDD Representative), and DMO III Gwyneth Andrae J. Jacob (SLGP Regional Coordination Team Representative).
The Third Party Monitoring (TPM) is a DILG initiative giving an independent perspective in project and governance performance of local governments ensuring transparent, accountable, and responsive implementation of SBDP projects. DILG 5 is set to implement the TPM with the formal engagement of partner CSOs by July 2022.
