Towards attaining sustainable peace in the Bicol Region and providing a forum for dialogue and deliberation of issues regarding peace and order, SILG Eduardo M. Año was the keynote speaker in the 1st Quarter Meeting of the Regional Peace and Order Council V (RPOC V) in Legazpi City last March 5, 2020.

RPOC Chairperson Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara, Co-Vice Chair MGen Fernando Trinidad, Co-Vice Chair PBGen Anthony Alcaneses, Sorsogon Governor Francis Joseph Escudero, Catanduanes Acting Gov. Shirley Abundo, Legazpi City Mayor and RDC Chairperson Noel Rosal, Usec Marvel C. Clavecilla, Presidential Assistant for Bicol Affairs, and other heads of agencies and members of the Regional Peace and Order Council attended the meeting.

PACC and ICAD Co-Chair Dante Jimenez was also present during the event.
