The Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) V convened for the 4th Quarter Full Council Meeting at the Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City on 24 November 2021. The RPOC V regularly meets to provide an avenue for harmonizing the collective efforts on peace and order in the region and other arising concerns especially during this time of pandemic.
Presided by RPOC V Chairperson Albay Governor Al Francis C. Bichara, the RPOC V meeting was attended by Presidential Adviser for Bicol Affairs Usec. Marvel C. Clavecilla, 9ID Philippine Army Commander and RPOC V Co-Vice Chairperson MGEN Henry A Robinson Jr Commander, PNP-PRO V RD and RPOC V Co-Vice Chairperson PBGEN Jonnel C Estomo, DILG V RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, members of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) and other guests.
The agenda included the COVID-19 Situationer by the DOH Bicol CHD, and the EO70 and RCSP updates and reports of accomplishments by the security sector.The RPOC V and DILG V also awarded plaques of commendation to 9ID Phil Army Commander MGEN Henry A Robinson Jr. for his service to the Bicol Region through outstanding leadership and adherence to highest ideals and aspirations of the Regional Task Force ELCAC as Chairperson of the Peace, Law Enforcement and Development Support (PLEDS) Cluster; and for his dedication and unwavering support to the programs and activities of the Regional Peace and Order Council (RPOC) as Vice-Chairperson.
