All fieldmen of the DILG V were gathered for the roll out training of various web-based application  systems that will be adopted. These systems include Barangay Seal of Good Local Governance, Policy Compliance Monitoring System and Barangay Information System. The information systems was developed by the ISTMS for the NBOO and Planning Service. RD Anthony Nuyda in his message said that fieldmen must learn to use the basic technology, regardless of age. He said technology is not only for millennials. These systems are developed in order to facilitate program implementation and reporting at all levels. Resource persons from ISTMS, Planning Service and NBOO facilitated the flow of activities.
