The 4th Regional Joint Security Control Center (RJSCC) meeting was held on April 20, 2022, at the REMAC Office, Camp BGen Simeon A. Ola, Legazpi City, Albay.

Atty. Maria Juana S. Valeza, the COMELEC Regional Election Director and RJSCC Chairman presided the meeting. Attendees were AFP SOLCOM Commander LTGEN Bartolome Vicente Bacarro, 9ID Commander MGEN Alex DC Luna, PRO 5 RD PBGEN Jonnel C Estomo, DILG 5 RD Atty. Anthony Nuyda, NICA 5 RD Vert Chavez, NAVFORSOL Commanding Officer COMMO Jose Ma Ambrosio Ezpeleta, DEPED 5 RD Gilbert Sadsad, 9ID Battalion Commanders, PRO5 Provincial Directors, COMELEC Election Supervisors, representatives of Regional Directors of the different NGAs, members from the security sector, and other stakeholders.

The council discussed various measures to ensure free, orderly, honest, peaceful and credible conduct of the 2022 National and Local Elections. During the meeting, the COMELEC clarified the specific roles of RJSCC members before, during, and after the election. Contingency plans were also laid down and different issues and concerns were threshed out.
