The DILG Region V initiates the conduct of the Regional Orientation on the Preparation of LGU Devolution Transition Plans (DTP) and Capacity Development (CapDev) Agenda Formulation on Wednesday, 11 August 2021 and will continue until 13 August 2021 via online teleconference and FB live.

National government agencies such as DOH, DPWH, DA, DENR, and DSWD will be presenting their agency’s devolution transition plan during the regional orientation.

DILG V RD Anthony C. Nuyda and DBM V RD Renato M. De Vera shared their guidance to the participants especially to the LGUs as they prepare for the transition to full devolution in 2022.

Among the participants are the Local Chief Executives, members of the Sanggunian, Local Planning and Development Coordinators, Civil Society Organizations, DILG V Provincial Directors, Cluster Heads, Program Managers, CMLGOOs and Provincial CDP Focal Persons.

This three day activity aims to capacitate participants on the prescribed components, processes and mechanisms for the preparation of the LGU’s DTP and Capacity Development Agenda.
