The Regional Development Council (RDC) convenes for the Second Quarter Full Council Meeting at the Sorsogon Provincial Gymnasium, Sorsogon City, June 7, 2023.

DILG 5 Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober, Jr. CESO V, provided the updates on the 2022 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Assessment Results and Updates of Local Government units in the Bicol Region to the RDC council.

The SGLG is the most prestigious national award in rewarding and recognizing the LGUs’ efforts in maintaining utmost integrity and good performance of local governments.
In attendance to the full council meeting were the directors, functionaries, and representatives of regional line agencies, LGUs, and private sectors.
