In preparation for the annual highlights at DILG R5, the PRAISE BICOL-BIDA team, led by ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, conducted an online orientation on the revised guidelines and criteria in the implementation of the DILG program on awards and incentives for excellence.

The activity, held on April 2, 2024 through an online platform, aimed to familiarize officials and employees with the updated compliance guidelines for excellence. ARD Jao provided an in-depth presentation on the revisions, followed by discussions on departmental scorecards led by division chiefs and focal persons.

Through this initiative, DILG R5 anticipates an increase in the number of successful and outstanding personnel recognized by the end of the year. This initiative serves as a reminder that as we strive for organizational success, individual efforts are acknowledged, motivating us to consistently deliver exceptional service for the greater good.
