PNP Chief PGEN Rodolfo S Azurin Jr graces Region 5 in a Command Visit on October 8, 2022 at Camp BGen Simeon Ola, Legazpi City.

PNP Chief Azurin also keynoted the Presentation of Former Rebels (FRs) by PNP 5 Regional Director PBGen Rudolph B Dimas.

DILG 5 Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V led the Oath of Allegiance to the Republic of the Philippines and signified support, along with other heads and representatives of Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflicts (RTF ELCAC) member agencies and the FRs, to the government’s efforts in attaining lasting peace and order through a signing of manifesto.

Meanwhile, RTF ELCAC member and partner agencies also provided a variety of assistance to the FRs as one of the highlights of the activity.
