The DILG R.O. 5 headed by Dir. Elouisa T. Pastor, CESO IV was a signatory to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the operationalization of the National Anti Drug Plan of Action in support of the campaign of the incoming Duterte administration to eradicate drugs in the country. The MOU signing was held at the Police Regional Office 5 and was the highlight of the kick off ceremony for the celebration of the 2016 Police Community Relations Month in July.
