Escober Jr., CESO III, Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO IV, LGOO VIII Julius Rodel L. Cal Ortiz, CESO V, and the Division Chiefs at the DILG Regional Office V on March 10, 2025.
