Escober, Jr. along with DILG Regional Officers visited and conferred with the Head of Office of DENR 5, PIA 5, DepEd V, DTI 5, BLGF 5, Divine Word College of Legazpi, BFP 5, BJMP V, PhilHealth Region V, PNP PRO5, DOJ V, NEDA V, Local Association of DRRM Officers of Albay, OCD V, Coalition for Bicol Development, Inc., Bicol Consortium for Development Initiatives, Inc., PCL, PIEP, and UST-Legazpi for the signing of the Local Governance Regional Resource Center – Multi-Stakeholders Advisory Council (LGRRC-MSAC) Memorandum of Agreement on May 10, 11, 20, 24, 27 & 28, 2021.
This undertaking is pursued to provide a venue for the convergence of local governance stakeholders in capacitating and nurturing local government units (LGUs).
With a fully organized LGRRC-MSAC, capacity development interventions will be more accessible to LGUs through the various programs being offered by DILG and its partner agencies.
