Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero EnP, MM, CESO V represented DILG 5 during the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Legazpi City 911 Command Center on June 24, 2022, together with Legazpi City Mayor and Albay Governor-elect Noel E. Rosal, and Next Generation Advanced (NGA) 911 CEO and Co-Founder Don Ferguson.

Prior to the ceremonial MOU signing, NGA 911 Philippines Manager Robert Llaguno briefed the attendees on the features and the interface of its state-of-the-art technology in public safety. A demonstration of the system and operations also took place.

NGA 911 was represented by Co-Founder Mike Gee, Chief Technology Officer Ed Vea, and Chief Financial Officer Ishka Villa. Also present are DILG Albay Provincial Director Arnel Renato L. Madrideo, DILG 5 LGCDD Chief Ma. Ruthel P. Gigantoca, and DILG 5 LGMED ADC Amaline R. Colina.
