The DILG R5 warmly congratulates the City Government of Ligao led by Mayor Patricia Gonzalez-Alsua, in the inauguration of their newly constructed City Hall, along with the celebration of their 21st Cityhood Anniversary on March 24, 2022.

DILG 5 RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda conveyed his congratulatory message during the inauguration ceremony and introduced DILG Secretary Eduardo M. Año who delivered his message and commendations virtually as Special Guest of Honor.
Gov. Al Francis Bichara, Vice Gov. Grex Lagman, and DILG 5 RD Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda assisted the ribbon-cutting ceremony and unveiling of the new city hall marker.
