The FY 2026 Regional Development Council (RDC) Technical Budget Review officially commenced on January 20, 2025, at the RDC Hall of the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Regional Office 5 in Arimbay, Legazpi City.

This annual event, held during the first quarter, provides a valuable platform for the presentation and evaluation of proposed budgets for the fiscal year. As a key function of the Development Administration Cluster (DAC), the review ensures that budget allocations are aligned with the strategic goals and priorities of the region, facilitating the growth and development of local communities.

A key highlight of the session was the presentation of the proposed budget for the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region V (DILG), delivered by Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G.
