Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 5 hosts a face-to-face Consultation Meeting of the DILG Office of Project Development Services- Project Monitoring and Evaluation Division (OPDS-PMED) with DILG Regional Offices regarding the draft of the Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation of LGU Infrastructure Projects (RLIP) Monitoring Guidelines, April 12, 2023, in Caramoan, Camarines Sur.

OPDS-PMED Chief LGOO VII Cheryl C. Agustin Flores heads the discussion and provides the activity overview. The three-day event’s primary objectives are to collaborate and discuss the guidelines related to RLIP, address the challenges faced while implementing these guidelines, and establish benchmarks for the planning period.

The consultation meeting’s agenda includes discussions on several topics, such as guidelines for the 2023 SubayBAYANI Awards, enhanced RLIP guidelines and forms, RSSA, Omnibus Guidelines, updates on the enhanced SubayBAYANI Guidelines and System, and addressing PCDD and UPMO issues and concerns.

DILG Region 5 Project Development Monitoring Unit (PDMU) Chief Leandro S. Gigantoca delivered a welcome message on behalf of Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V. The PDMU Chief emphasized the significance of having this discussion to ensure better implementation of RBME for assessment development and management.

In attendance are PDMU Chiefs of different regional offices, RLIP Focal Persons, other concerned DILG Central Office staff, and various regional personnel.
