The Department of the Interior and Local Government Regional Office V, through the Pagkilala at Pasasalamat: The DILG V 2021 PRAISE Awarding Ceremonies, recognized its top-performing and hardworking employees and their significant contributions on 26 January 2022 at the Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City.

The awards given were for the Outstanding Focal Person, Outstanding Program Manager, Best Performing MLGOOs, Best Performing CLGOOs, Best Performing Cluster, and Best Performing DILG Provincial Office. Special awards, such as Service Award for Retirees, Loyalty Award, and Special Citations were also given to employees who have rendered their years and noteworthy contributions to the Department.

Keynote Speaker and the DILG Assistant Secretary for Administration, Finance and Comptrollership Ester A. Aldana, DILG Public Affairs and Communication Service Director Marlo S. Guanzon, DILG Assistant Chief Human Resource Management Division Administrative Service Jenny Naz-Nuyda were in attendance together with Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, OIC Assistant Regional Director Uldarico S. Razal, Jr., Provincial Directors, Cluster Heads, Program Managers, Division Chiefs, Section Chiefs and the awardees.

PRAISE or Program on Awards Incentives for Service Excellence was institutionalized to recognize and reward officials and employees for their suggestions, innovations, superior accomplishments, and personal efforts contributive to the efficiency, economy, and improvement of the Department’s operations.
