DILG Undersecretary for Barangay Affairs Felicito A. Valmocina leads interfacing with six (6) Bicol Liga ng mga Barangay (LNB) Provincial Chapter Presidents at The Marison Hotel, Legazpi City, on January 28, 2023.

Usec. Valmocina shared the best practice Halina’t Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) sa Barangay Project observed in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City, and discussed the new programs and projects of the Department—Buhay Ingatan, Droga’y Ayawan (BIDA) Program and the housing projects of the National Government.

The Undersecretary also encouraged the LNB to organize a Regional or Provincial Barangay Congress through which Punong Barangays will be capacitated especially in the exercise of their duties and responsibilities.
