Legazpi City, Albay, March 24, 2017 – The DILG V headed by Director Elouisa Pastor, successfully led the conduct of the one billion rising to end violence against women and children. The event was participated in by all the government agencies, schools, LGUs and NGOs/CSOs. It was highlighted by a solidarity walk and the symbolic turnover of the One Billion Rising Revolution symbol to the NEDA as host next year.
