The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region V joins the three-day Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) National Orientation for Calendar Year 2023 scheduled on April 19, 20, and 24 via zoom platform and at the DILG R V LGRRC Library.

The said national orientation is aimed towards preparation for CY 2023 SGLG assessment cycle. Furthermore, SGLG assessment is yearly being conducted to further strengthen Local Government Unit’s (LGUs) performance in the implementation of RA 11292 or the SGLG Act of 2019.

In attendance to the virtual orientation are Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, LGMED Division Chief Darlyn D. Ayende, Assistant Division Chief Amaline R. Colina, SGLG Regional and Provincial Focal Persons, DRR-CCA Regional Focal Person, and partner Civil Society Organization (CSO) from EDUCO and GAYON CARES INC.
