As DILG Region V gears up for this year’s Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) implementation in the Province of Camarines Sur and Masbate, a hybrid Send Off Activity for the Baranggayan Facilitators was conducted on April 16, 2023, at the DILG RO V Training Hall.

In attendance for the face-to-face session were the 26 facilitators who will serve as augmentation team, while the 75 other attendees joined via Zoom for the series of RCSP immersions in the aforementioned provinces starting this week. The delegation is expected to provide technical assistance to their respective areas of assignment in formulating the Enhanced Barangay Development Plans (eBDP) and in the conduct of Barangay Based Institutions (BBI) Strengthening Activities for its target barangays in Camarines Sur and Masbate by July 2023.

Naz, CESE of Masbate, Provincial Director Melody E. Relucio, CESO V of Camarines Norte, Provincial Director Julius Rodel L. Cal-Ortiz, CESE of Camarines Sur and Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V of Albay, and RCSP Regional Focal Person Darlyn D. Ayende were also present during the hybrid session, who gave the facilitators and focal persons guidance on their upcoming immersion series.
