The Worldwide Quality Assurance (WQA) has reconfirmed that DILG Region V operates a management system that complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 with the scope Public Administration through the provision of Technical, Administrative Assistance, Oversight Functions and Rewards and Incentives.

DILG Region 5 headed by RD Anthony C. Nuyda with the Regional and Provincial QMS teams successfully passed the surveillance audit last January 20-21, 2021.
