As part of our efforts to strengthen the Bicol LGRRC and its sub-LGRRCs, DILG Region 5 spearheads the conduct of a Knowledge Management (KM) Audit Orientation on April 4, 2024, via Zoom platform.

RPDD OIC-Asst. Division Chief Euly Q. Enrique of the Local Government Academy served as Resource Person during the activity. She gave invaluable information on how to conduct the KM Audit and emphasized its significance to the upscaling of the performance of the LGRRC.

The KM Audit Orientation aims to orient the participants on how to identify the strengths, weaknesses and barriers of the organization and set policy and procedures for improved service delivery. This activity is also an opportunity for DILG Region 5 to have additional KM Champions that will advocate knowledge management and invigorate LGRRC in their respective stations.

The activity was participated in by Bicol LGRRC members, Provincial Directors, Cluster Heads, sub-LGRRC members and C/MLGOOs with established sub-LGRRC in the LGU level.
