DILG Region 5 proudly announces the launching of the first-ever DILG HR Manual Draft– a product of hard work, collaboration, and innovation. This milestone highlights the department’s commitment to excellence in human resource management and development.

The launching was led by DILG 5 Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober, Jr., CESO III, Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO IV, and the Provincial Directors during the DILG V BICOL-BIDA PRAISE Awarding Ceremonies: Araw ng Pagkilala sa mga Natatanging Kawani ng DILG V last 18 December 2024 at The Pepperland Hotel, Legazpi City.

The HR Manual is a vital step toward securing PRIME HRM Level III accreditation, promoting equitable and consistent employee practices, and ensuring compliance across the organization. Once finalized, DILG Region V will proudly lead the way as the first national agency in the Bicol Region—and potentially the entire Department—to implement an HR Manual reflecting its exemplary practices.
