The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Region 5 acknowledges and extends its congratulations to the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA) regional winners for the calendar year 2023.

The conferred CY 2023 LTIA Regional Awardees under City, 1st to 3rd class, and 4th to the 6th class municipality will receive due recognition for the title, and the rank one per category are regional winners to be endorsed to the LTIA National Level.

Aligned with Memorandum Circular No. 2023-022, these barangays were validated by the LTIA Regional Awards Committee composed of the DILG, Department of Justice (DOJ), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Civil Society Organization (CSO) representatives from Gayon Cares Inc.
