DILG Region 5 attends the SUCCESSION: Significant Understanding and Coaching Calibrated on ECLIP Systems, Strategies, and Implementation Orientation Luzon Cluster from March 21-24, 2023, at Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel, Subic Bay, Zambales.
DILG Region 5 headed by LGOO VII Darlyn D. Ayende, LGMED Chief, together with LGOO VI Amaline R. Colina, LGMED Assistant Division Chief, and ECLIP Regional and Provincial Focal Persons participates in the second batch of SUCCESSION: Significant Understanding and Coaching Calibrated on ECLIP Systems, Strategies, and Implementation at Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel, Subic Bay, Zambales. The Provincial ECLIP Committees from Region 5 also attend the activity. Each Provincial ECLIP Committee is represented by the PSWDO, PNP, Philippine Army and LCE representative.
The 3-day activity seeks to strengthen the implementation of the ECLIP at the local level by providing a uniform understanding of the DILG-DND JMC No. 01 s. 2021 entitled: “Implementing Guidelines on the Provision of DILG Administered Package of Assistance to Former Rebels (FRs) and Former Violent Extremist (FVEs) under the Enhanced Comprehensive Local Integration Program (ECLIP).”
Acting City Mayor Carmelita A. Abalos of Mandaluyong City graced the activity and served as the guest of honor and speaker. Meanwhile, Dir. Dennis D. Villaseñor, MNSA, CESO IV of the National Barangay Operations Office answered issues and concerns about implementing ECLIP at the local level.
