DILG R5 headed by Regional Director Atty. Anthony C. Nuyda, CESO III receives recognition for exemplary performance and commitment during the National and Local Elections Post Assessment and Appreciation Day on May 25, 2022 at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City, Camarines Sur.

A plaque of appreciation was awarded to RD Nuyda by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) acknowledging his steadfast and dedicated leadership in guiding the Department on its efforts and initiatives to guarantee a transparent and safe 2022 National and Local Elections. DILG R5, through its Emergency Operation Center, lead the monitoring of election related incidents and reports, and provided various technical assistance such as dissemination of Election and COVID-related issuances and conduct of information drive advocating Voters’ Education.

The awarding ceremony was also attended and witnessed by Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, EnP, MM, CESO V, Camarines Norte Provincial Director Ray B. Caceres, CESO V, and Camarines Sur Provincial Director Melody E. Relucio, CESO V.

Ang DILG R5 ay buong pusong nagpapasalamat sa parangal na ito at buong pagpupunyagi na ipagpapatuloy ang pagiging Matino, Mahusay, at Maasahang Kagawaran upang mapanatili ang demokrasya at kapayapaan para sa higit na maunlad na Pilipinas.
