DILG R5 joins the Crime and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control cum Police Recruitment Forum and Tugtugan sa Mall spearheaded by NAPOLCOM, today, September 4, 2022, at Ayala Malls, Legazpi City.
The activity is opened by the Information Caravan in which DILG R5, alongside participating agencies, actively took part by setting up an Information Education Communication (IEC) booth.

The booth exhibits various knowledge products aligned with the activity’s objective of promoting greater public awareness on Crime and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control.

The second part of the program also offers talks on critical topics relative to the program theme, with esteemed representatives from partner agencies as Resource Persons.

The event is among the programs created by the National Crime Prevention Week Technical Working Group (NCPW-TWG), which will be participated in by NCPW-TWG member agencies, graduating criminology students, Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT), and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials in the province of Albay.

This is one of the initiatives to educate the public on Peace and Development, specifically, Crime and Crime Prevention towards the attainment of peaceful and resilient communities.
