ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, HRMSPB Chairperson, alongside HRMO IV Ranulfo Solomon, participated in the Regional Convention of HRMPs with the theme: “The Human Firewall: Equipping HR for the Evolving Workplace,” held on June 26-27, 2024, at Misibis Bay Resort, Cagraray, Bacacay, Albay.

This year’s regional convention centered on critical aspects of cybersecurity, focusing on strengthening HR leadership while leveraging the power of Design Thinking in the age of data and cyber threats.

The event was attended by various NGA heads, LGUs, State Universities and Colleges, Government-Owned and Controlled Corporations with original charters, Division Chiefs, Department Heads, Human Resource Management Practitioners, Information Technology professionals, and HR Practitioners.
