DILG R5, spearheaded by Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, with the support of Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr. and the assistance of FAD Chief LGOO VII Rico E. Gaurino, conducted a Personnel Development Program entitled ‘Reinventing Employee Strategy to Excel in Tasks’ (RESET).

This 10-day training program started on January 15 and will conclude on January 26, 2024. Its objective is to prepare DILG 5 personnel to gear up for future readiness, especially in the fast-paced and changing environment.

Day 1 commenced with setting the tone of the activity with the Rationale delivered by RD Escober, supported by the TOP (Towards Optimizing Productivity) and RESET Program overview in connection with the 2024 DILG Outcome Framework. Interactive sessions were facilitated by ARD Lucero about change and adaptation strategies related to the VUCAD and BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-Linear, Incomprehensible) World.
