Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V, DILG 5 Regional Director, and Ms. Aurora R. Chavez – De Guzman, CODE-NGO Chairperson, signed the formal agreement, witnessed by Provincial Directors (PD) of the 6 provinces: PD Ray B. Caceres, PD Melody E. Relucio, PD Julius Rodel L. Cal-Ortiz, PD Uldarico S. Razal Jr., represented by LGOO V Katrina Roselle S. Tariman, PD Ben Paul M. Naz, represented by LGOO VI Francisco Paulo Ativo, and PD Arnel Renato L. Madrideo, represented by LGOO VII Leandro S. Gigantoca, and the Executive Director of Coalition for Bicol Development (CBD), Ms. Jesica F. Capricho.

A general entry conference shall commence right after the contract signing.

This is the second year of implementation of TPM in the promotion of participatory governance and CSO empowerment for their contribution to public decision-making relating to government programs, projects, and activities.
