DILG 5 participates in the Regional Development Council (RDC) V Third Quarter Full Council Meeting at the Camarines Norte State College (CNSC) Covered Court, Daet, Camarines Norte on September 6, 2023.

DILG 5 Regional Director (RD) Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V, attended the meeting and guaranteed DILG 5’s commitment in implementing all line agencies’ overall development programs and projects for Bicol Region’s development, inclusive growth, and security.

Also present in the said meeting was DOLE Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma, Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) for the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) in Region V.

He affirmed to the council members his full support to address the Cabinet and other line agencies concerned with assisting the region’s needs for its socio-economic development and security.

The full council meeting was also graced with the presence of DOLE Undersecretary Benjo Santos Benavidez, DOLE Assistant Secretary Atty. Lennard Constantine Serrano, the directors, functionaries, and representatives of regional line agencies, LGUs, and private sectors.
