DILG 5, through the supervision of Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), conducted a final project monitoring and joint inspection with Municipal Engineers of Bato, Camarines Sur last February 28, 2024.

The project is in accordance with the completion under the Local Government Support Fund-Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) FY 2022. During the final joint inspection, the actual project status was assessed against the approved Program of Works (POW). The LGU was also reminded to revert undisbursed funds to the National Treasury.

Furthermore, PDMU and Camarines Norte Municipal Engineers conducted dialogue/ project validation with the Provincial Engineering Office of Camarines Norte to discuss issues and concerns relative to the project implementation of Concreting of Farm to Market Road in Barangay Sta. Cruz and Tamisan, Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte, on February 29 to March 01, 2024.

This inspection was spearheaded by PDMU Chief LGOO V James Edward M. Pecson, Engineer IV Armando T. Tanael, Engineer IV Jerome Paul Labayo and Project Evaluation Officer III Lovic B. Gongona together with MLGOO of Bato, LGOO VI Donna Dawn V. Villanueva, DILG Camarines Sur Provincial Engineers and DILG Camarines Norte Engineers.
