DILG 5, through the Human Resource Management Office, leads the conduct of a three-day On-Boarding and Orientation for the newly appointed Local Government Operations Officers, newly hired Contract of Service personnel, and on-the-job trainees, at the DILG Regional Office 5, on February 16-18, 2023.

Through the orientation program, participants will be acquainted with the Department’s Mission, Vision, and Shared Values, Programs, Projects, and Activities, and be oriented on administrative matters and procedures through a series of sessions facilitated by Division, Unit, and Section Chiefs.
