As Calendar Year 2024 commences, the Department begins its Interfacing, consultation and strategic planning activities on C4Peace with the DILG Albay Provincial Operations Office at the Kawa-Kawa Function Hall, Ligao City Albay. The endeavor is designed to cultivate an environment of open communication and constructive dialogue between the Regional Management Team and the Provincial Offices. The agenda includes a wide range of discussions, including program updates, target settings, and workshops to address and bridge key concerns from the field. Through this initiative, the Department seeks to enhance coordination, streamline processes, and foster a culture of transparency within its corridors.

Regional Director (RD) Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V, leads the pilot conduct of the Provincial Interfacing, together with Assistant Regional Director (ARD) Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, the Division Chiefs, Assistant Division Chiefs and Section Chiefs of the Regional Office. Likewise, personnel from the DILG Albay, headed by Provincial Director (PD) Ray B. Caceres, CESO V, are in full attendance for this engagement.
