The DILG 5 Human Resource Management Office leads the conduct of workshop in crafting the Human Resource Manual. Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, EnP, MM, CESO V convenes the technical working group comprised of the Department’s various heads of offices: HRMO, LGMED, PDMU, and LGCDD.

The workshop aims to identify the contents of the HR manual, the distribution of tasks, template creation, and the production of a timeline for its publication and release.

This HR Manual is part of the initial steps for the PRIME HRM Level III accreditation. This will also ensure that DILG’s employee-related practices are fair and consistent across the organization and offer detailed guidance for compliance requirements.

As soon as this is completed, DILG Region V will be the first among the national agencies within the Bicol Region, and perhaps within the entire Department, to initiate this HR Manual that will encompass its best practices.
