DILG 5, through its training arm, the Local Governance Capacity Development Division (LGCDD), conducts the Regional Roll Out of the Operation Listo Disaster Preparedness Manuals at The Summit Hotel, Naga City on November 28-30, 2023.

The three-day activity aims to reintroduce and disseminate the disaster preparedness manuals and other related strategies to help local government units (LGUs) and communities in the Region better prepare for and respond to disasters. This manual contains guidelines, protocols, and best practices for various scenarios, aiming to enhance the capacity and readiness of LGUs and stakeholders to deal with emergencies effectively.
