DILG 5 conducts Regional Interagency Monitoring Task Force (RIMTF) Meeting on 2022 Child-Friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA), on February 28, 2023, at the DILG Conference Room, Legazpi City, in preparation for the Regional Assessment of the 2022 CFLGA.

In her opening message, DILG Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V emphasized the importance and prioritization of formulating policies and implementing initiatives to improve the welfare condition of children.

The CFLGA is a results-based assessment instrument and an annual mandatory audit created to evaluate the effectiveness of local government units (LGUs) in putting policies in place and implementing initiatives to improve the welfare condition of children.

CFLGA Assessment Mechanics and CFLA Indicators were presented, and an open forum was conducted thereafter to raise and address issues and concerns from participants.

Also in attendance during the meeting are LGMED Division Chief LGOO VII Darlyn D. Ayende, Assistant Division Chief LGOO VI Amaline R. Colina, DSWD SWO II Idah Lorraine Pereyra, DepEd PDO II Deo R. Moreno, DOH MO III Dr. Desiree A. Bricenio, EDUCO PH CYEA Sector Lead John Vincent Pumadangon and other representatives.
