DILG 5 conducts its Exit Conference for the 2023 Implementation of the Third Party Monitoring (TPM) for FY 2022 for Local Government Support Fund – Support to the Barangay Development Program Projects (LGSF – SBDP) of DILG 5 with Caucus of Development (CODE) – NGO Networks today, 28 November 2023, at the Conference Room, DILG Regional Office 5, Legazpi City, and via Zoom Teleconferencing.

Aiming for a more participatory and inclusive governance, DILG 5 has collaborated with CODE – NGO, together with its local civil society organization (CSO) network, the Coalition for Bicol Development (CBD), to ensure that the monitoring of infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects champion transparency, accountability, and responsiveness.

In its final phase, the two parties have come together once again to discuss the outputs and results of the monitoring.
