The Development Administration Committee (DAC) of the Bicol Regional Development Council (RDC) holds its first quarter meeting on February 8, 2024, at the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Regional Office V, Legazpi City.

DILG 5, represented by Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, alongside Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) Chief Rico E. Gaurino and Local Government Monitoring and Evaluation Division (LGMED) Assistant Division Chief Amaline R. Colina, actively contributed to insightful discussions on shaping the region’s development trajectory.

FAD Chief Gaurino presented the proposed DILG programs, projects, and activities for inclusion in the Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP).

ADC Colina presented the results of the 2023 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Audit, highlighting the positive trend from last year’s performance and the concerted efforts to help LGUs enhance their governance standards.
