DILG Region 5 conducts the Bicol Dagyaw 2023 with the theme “Mas Pinalakas na Lipunang Sibil: Better Governance For the People, with the People” at the Sorsogon Capitol Grounds, Sorsogon City.

Dagyaw, as one of the highlights of DILG 5’s celebration of the Local Government Month, is a product of the convergence of different National Government Agencies (NGAs) — all championing an open, transparent, and accountable governance. This year’s implementation focuses on the strengthened roles of Bicol’s Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and their sustained relationship with the government towards a more inclusive national development.
