Pursuant to the provisions mandated by the DILG Quality Manual of the National Quality Management System, DILG 5 convenes for the FY 2025 QMS Planning Activity on April 2, 2025 via blended modality (F2F at the DILG 5 Training Hall and via Zoom platform).

Spearheaded by Regional Director and Risk Review Commitee Head Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr, the activity aims to fulfill both the requirements and quality objectives of the QMS, as well as the preservation of the QMS integrity when changes are planned and implemented. As one of the key outputs, assessment of QMS Planning Documents of the previous year was conducted. The participants also individually reviewed the quality objectives and targets of their respective Quality Procedure/s for the ensuing year taking into consideration the possible risks and opportunities that may arise but should be controlled to be able to achieve those objectives and targets. Formulation of measurable efforts and initiatives to continually improve their Quality Procedures was also done as a vital factor in achieving better results on the upcoming QMS Audits.

In attendance at the venue are Regional QMR/ ARD Jhoaden G. Lucero, Divisions Chiefs, Regional Process Owners and Regional QMS Secretariat while Provincial Directors, Provincial QMS Focal Persons/ Process Owners and Field Officers attended online.
