DILG Region 5 gathers for the second quarter Regional Executive Conference (REXCON) on April 20, 2023, at the DILG Regional Office V training hall.

In attendance are the Regional Management Team headed by Regional Director (RD) Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Js, CESO V, together with Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, as well as the Provincial Directors, Cluster Heads, Division and Section Chiefs.

In his welcome message, RD Escober motivated the entire team to level up their executions for a more efficient delivery of public service to the Bicolanos.

The meeting also intends to discuss the BICOL BIDA PRAISE Awards 2023 and the various implementation updates on the Department’s programs, projects, and activities (PPAs).
