DILG 5 Regional Director Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr., CESO V lauds Sorsogon Governor Jose Edwin “Boboy” B. Hamor’s 7K Program during the 2023 kick-off meeting, January 3, 2023, at the Sorsogon Provincial Gymnasium.

The 7K Program which seeks to address Sorsogon’s multi-sectoral concerns centered on seven (7) areas, namely: Kalikasan, Kabuhayan, Kagandahan, Katrangkilohan, Kalinigan, Kadunungan, and Kalusugan, eyes full implementation in 2023.

In his message, RD Escober highlighted the important role of Punong Barangays as lead-beneficiary and implementers of the 7K Program; further, their part as catalysts of quality and honest public service to their constituents.

RD Escober also introduced to the Provincial Government Officials incoming DILG Sorsogon Provincial Director Arnel Renato L. Madrideo.
