DILG Region 5 congratulates the following 9 Local Government Units (LGUs) of Bicol Region conferred with the 2022 Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) National Awards during the First Cluster Awarding Ceremony at The Manila Hotel on December 14, 2022.

Secretary of the Interior and Local Government (SILG) Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos Jr., alongside with DILG 5 Regional Director, Atty. Arnaldo E. Escober Jr. CESO V, Assistant Regional Director Jhoaden G. Lucero, CESO V, and C/MLGOOs, led the awarding of the SGLG Government Assessment Report (GAR) to the 2022 SGLG National Awardees.

The National SGLG Awardees are entitled to avail of the SGLG Incentive Funds worth Php 7 million, and Php 5 million for city and municipality respectively.
