DILG 5 Regional Management Team convened for the Regional Management Review on December 20, 2022, at Tanchuling Hotel, Legazpi City.

The Regional Management Review is in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standards to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy, effectiveness, and alignment to DILG’s strategic direction.
The key points discussed during the Management Review are the audit findings during the Stage 2 Certification Audit conducted on May 19-20, 2022, and the Internal Quality Management System (QMS) assessment for FY 2022 conducted on October 19-21, 2022.

The Stage 2 Certification Audit reports that DILG Region 5 has only two (2) nonconformities and five (5) opportunities for improvement. As for the Internal QMS assessment, DILG Region 5 has been found with zero (0) nonconformities and only two (2) opportunities for improvement.
