DILG R5 congratulates the exemplary Peace and Order Councils (POCs) in Bicol Region for their outstanding performance in the recently concluded 2019 and 2021 POC Performance Audit, garnering a perfect 100% Audit Rating.

All POCs were assessed based on the following pillars: (1) Organization, (2) Meetings, (3) Policies, Plan and Budget, (4) Reports, (5) General Supervision, and (6) Innovations. The performance audit is regularly conducted to determine the functionality of local POCs, and to assess their implementation of peace and order and public safety programs in the locality.
