DILG Region 5 congratulates the 65 Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (ADACs) in the Bicol Region that garnered High Functional Rating per National Audit Results released during the recently concluded National Calibration for the CY 2021 ADAC Performance Audit.

The ADAC Performance Audit is conducted yearly to determine the functionality and to ensure the continuous improvement in the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of anti-illegal drug programs of the Local Government Units (LGUs). ADACs are assessed on the following criteria: 1) Organization, 2) Allocation of Substantial Amount in the ADAC Plan, Formulation, and Implementation of Plans and Programs, and 3) Supervision to Component ADACs, Meetings, and Innovations.

High Functional LGUs are potential passers for the CY 2021 National ADAC Performance Audit Awards.
