Bicol region has completed a total of 425 or 90% of the 475 granted projects across its six provinces under the FY 2021 Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Assistance Program (DRRAP), including the following featured projects in the provinces of Albay and Camarines Norte.

Per Local Budget Circular (LBC) No. 134 series of 2021, allocated funds under FY 2021 DRRAP shall be used to aid in the recovery and reconstruction of the economy and livelihood in the Local Government Units (LGUs) directly affected by calamities such as Typhoons Quinta and Ulysses, Super Typhoon Rolly, and volcanic eruptions.

Beneficiary LGUs shall use the appropriated amount to implement priority programs and projects such as 1) shelter and resettlements, 2) public infrastructures, 3) education and health services, 4) agriculture, and 5) social protection.
