DILG R5 turns over brand new laptops to each of the 11 DILG R5 apprentices of the 54th Batch Apprenticeship Program for LGOOs II and III.

The laptops are procured under Medium-term Information and Communications Technology Harmonization Initiative (MITHI) approved Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) 2021 Project: Office Productivity in coordination with DILG Central Office Information Systems and Technology Management Service (ISTMS), which aims to provide ICT equipment to personnel in assistance to ICT-related concerns and to aid a more effective and efficient delivery of DILG PPAs.

The provision of laptops is also intended to strengthen the operational capacity of the apprentices throughout the Apprenticeship Program.
